Hosting is Jess of Elegantly Dressed and Stylish. Jess is a red headed over 40 fashion blogger who lives in NC with her husband and two Shih Tzu pups Gibson and Truffles. I love finding pieces that will take me from a day at the office to after work activities with just a quick change.  This J. Crew top did not disappoint especially when I purchased at an additional 50% off.  Paired with a pencil skirt and cage heels it is perfect for a day at the office. 

I swapped my skirt and heels for a pair of J. Crew Factory shorts (5″ are my fave) and my Van Eli cork wedges for a night on the town with some girlfriends.  

If I had my pick this would be my favorite way to wear it.  Comfy but still pulled together!  Photo creds to Holly!  It’s part of the deal…girls night out may mean you have to take my fashion pix!
