Going Green – Style Six

Happy St. Patricks Day! Of course that means I’m going green with my look for the day to avoid getting pinched. If you are constantly in a pinch making a decision about what to wear, you don’t want to miss the linkup today! I’m joining my Style Six sisters to share some of our favorite looks and you can too!

I love combining animal print and kellly green especially this time of year. It just pairs so nicely together and gives the green a good pop. This sweater is from last spring but I found one almost identical still available. Our temps have been back into the 80s here in Texas so it was perfect timing to pull out this fun and flirty skirt I snagged last fall.

A combo I haven’t tried too often is white against the animal print but I needed a jacket to complete the look for the office and decided to take a chance on this white blazer. Y’all, I could not have even dreamed up how much I love this complete look. I kept the rest of my accessories simple and my shoes neutral to let the green stand out on it’s own.

Can we talk aboout how much I need to get my legs ready for summer? I purchased some Loving Tan express because my friends Kellyann and Lisa are always raving about it. Let’s just say I’m in transition to spring and my legs just haven’t caught up yet!

And speaking of transition, I’m working on changing up some of the branding for the blog and began by modifying some colors. I’m just dangerous enough to know how to handle a few things for myself but as you can easily see, it’s in transition! Unfortunately I have yet to figure out how to change up the titles and headings to reflect the correct color. Hopefully my blog guru will have some time for me soon!

We don’t have big plans for St. Patricks day as we will be chasing baseball but you can bet I’ll at least be going green for the holiiday. Do you wear green to keep from being pinched? Link up your favorite look from the week.
