The change of seasons is always a fun time to add a few pops of seasonal color and accessories are the easiest way to do this without breaking the bank!

Enter exhibit 1 and this cute striped bag! I have been carrying it everywhere and it is perfect for tossing in a book and all my typically girly necessities as we head out on a weekend exploring. The colors liven up the most basic look and make it a little more fun.

It’s easy to just add fun color with a great pair of fun jewelry. While I keep my jewelry fairly limited and tend to lean towards investment pieces to last me a long time, there are so many fun pieces to choose from on the market at affordable prices. My pieces are from Stella and Dot like 7 years ago!

Of course I’m a sucker for a panama hat and this year I added a new one to my closet to replace one which had seen better days! I’m typically more of a midsize hat girl; not too wide of a brim and this one does the trick.

I consider a denim jacket to also be an accessory this time of year when I’m grabbing more and more sleeveless items but needing a little extra cover for a chilly night at the ballpark or while dining in a restaurant.

The base for all this? My short waisted, pear shaped self has searched high and low for a romper to work for me. This one was such a great surprise and was under $30! It has definitely been a great addition for me and I’ve pulled it out at least once a week! It can be dressed up or down and is so darn comfortable! Sadly it’s out of stock online but possibly can be found in your store on clearance.
