Wedding Weekend – The Queen’s Chronicles
What an amazing weekend! We celebrated not one but TWO weddings both in beautiful venues with stunning brides. The weather cooperated and it was pretty amazing and, well, there was cake so it was pretty much your perfect day!
The first wedding was held not far from College Station at Deep in the Heart Farms outside of Brenham. This couples wedding was initially in May but due to Covid of course, they delayed the formal wedding until September. They did have a backyard wedding which was pretty amazing in May so this was round two.
The groom played baseball and the bride works with Jordan so not only did Keith and I get to join the fun but my older kids were both there too. It’s always a win we our outfits match and we didn’t even have to try! We had so much fun having cocktails served by buros, enjoying barbeque and dancing the night away.
Keith and I headed to Aubrey, Texas on Saturday to go see my bosses beautiful daughter tie the knot. The wedding venue, The Springs was equally as beautiful and they outdid theirseles on the flowers. The outdoor ceremony was so beautiful and I’m just so happy for this little couple!
It was a fun change of pace to have such a full weekend of joyful celebrations that felt so normal. It’s such a sweet reminder that love is still alive and people are still good.
