The Queen’s Chronicles – Camp Memories

· ·

Every summer the weeks roll passed and we have some fun as a family but my kids most anticipated week of the summer is the week they spend away at TBarM summer camp. We dropped off on a Sunday and they seriously were just full of excitement.

Last year I shared 5 Ways Summer Camp Will Shape Your Child and all has been true for my kidos. Having a break away from friends, social pressures, social media and being able to truly be themselves is an incredible blessing. I know they would both go longer than a week if given the option.

This marked Dillon’s 10th and final year of camp! He is heading into senior year and I know this is just the first of many “lasts” that will be on the horizon. I hope camp set him up for a great start to his last year of high school.

There is no better way to show how much they love camp than through pictures so I’ve included my favorites here! My kids do things at camp I could never pursuade them to do like participate in goofy skits! I love it and love them both so much!

Of course we also love that our besties go to the same camp! Our traditional lunch together after camp is one of our favorites.

Do your kids head to summer camp each year? I seriously think there a grown up camp would be amazing!
