Friday Favorites
It’s Friday and this week has been Ca-ra-zy at work and I am super excited about it being Friday! The temps were back in the 90’s but I’m still dreaming about fall! Here are my favorites right now!
{Nails}
This has always been one of my favorite nail colors from China Glaze. I have not painted my nails in forever but I decided to take a chance with the Sally Hansen miracle gel. I’m super excited with the results! All ready for the Aggie game this weekend.
{Wine}
I love red wine but in the summer I tend to turn towards something a little more refreshing. Fall means this is back in the rotation! I do not claim to be a wine connoisseur in the least as I typically choose my favorite based on the label but if you like a cabernet we love Paso Creek!
{Fashion}
Loving this color for fall. I saw another style challenge on instagram and was excited to put this outfit together with items I already had in my closet! See my full post here.
{Candles}
I bought Bath & Body Works candles for the very first time and I have to say I am a fan. This candle has been burning daily at my house and even the husband has been good with it. I am loving the Vanilla Pumpkin Cheesecake but also bought the Pumpkin Coconut and the Pumpkin Pecan Waffles. I do not think they will be going to waste!
{Fall Decor}
I finally dug out my fall decorations this past Sunday and hopefully will have a full post on the blog next week. Fall decorations just make the house seem so much more warm and welcoming. I love buying a few new additions like this subway art sign each year. I tried to keep it simple and not get too carried away.
{The Great Debate}
No not the presidential debate! So I’m way behind the curve on TV shows. Like seriously I have not watched a series regularly since Friends was on. I’m working on watching Friday Night Lights currently. My friend Katy had this big debate between Dylan McKay or Tim Riggins and I’m not gonna say I don’t like a little bad boy every once in awhile but right now I’m seriously having an infatuation with Coach Taylor! Maybe I’m older than 28 after all.
{This Boy}
He refused to take a selfie with his momma but he stayed up for hours talking with me. He is only home until early Sunday morning and my heart has been filled after having a little one on one time with him even if it means I will be a zombie at work on Friday! Jordan & I had a date night on Wednesday as well and it just made my week to catch up with my two bigs. Mommas just know no matter how old your babies get they can still make your heart skip a beat just by sharing their heart with you!
