Five on Friday – Cyber Shopping

Never did I intend to head off for vacation and not even stop by to say hello in this space but, y’all, I did and it felt amazing!  We are back safely with all our new memories freshly tucked away.  This morning I’m prepping dressing, broccoli rice casserole and pumpkin pie before heading down to visit my family but first a little online shopping in my pj’s!

Here are a few items I’m picking up just in case someone on your list might be in the market!

Tumi Backpack

Both Riley and Jordan expressed “grown up” backpacks for traveling and I squealed when I was able to find one for each of them marked down plus an additional 30% off and free shipping with my Wiki extension!  Riley will look much more professional heading off to spring training this year packing this backpack.   Jordan has also been traveling out of town a bunch for her job and for fun and she was still carrying her Jansport backpack from college!  Note, it was a great investment for sure but doesn’t look very grown up nor is it very practical for carrying around a laptop.  She loved the pattern of this Tumi backpack.  The Tumi bags are a big investment but the quality and functionality was just what they needed and Santa decided to take the easy way out on this one! Both also came with free personalization on a small tag for initials.

Throw Blanket

Throw blankets make really easy gifts because who doesn’t love to snuggle up this time of year!  These sherpa throws are $10 throw Saturday!  You could pair these up nicely with some cute popcorn buckets and a movie for a great gift.

Madewell Tote

The Madewell tote comes in 7 colors and would make a great Santa gift for someone on your list I feel certain.  It is currently being price matched 25% off.  Of course I’m still loving my tote from earlier this summer and it now comes in this amazing green!  My heart is kind of crushing on this hobo bag at the moment.

Nordstrom Sweater

I have owned this sweater for the past two years and it is so soft, works well as a layering piece and also is long enough for leggings.  Did I mention right now it is under $20!  It was totally my travel outfit yesterday and I’m ordering in black. Size note…order a size down as it does run big.  I purchase in a small and it still has plenty of room.   If you love the feel of cashmere, this sweater is also on sale and another favorite of mine from previous years.  Both have held up very well.

Instant Pot

I’m sure you have been on instant pot overload for years now but if you have one on your list, now is a great time to scoop one up.  Black Friday is when I purchased mine two years ago and even though it took me about 6 months to be brave enough to try it I think I’ve mastered it now! This is the one I purchased and it has served all my needs perfectly.

I’ve laid around enough this morning!  Better get a move on if I’m going to make my sweet brother’s day by showing up with my Meme’s dressing.  Hope you are all enjoying a laid back day or spending it out in a shopping frenzy…whichever is your favorite!
