Fashom Box Review
New clothes are a favorite of mine but I don’t particularly love shopping in stores. I much prefer trying on clothes in the comfort of my own home and I feel I make more conscious decisions regarding purchases when I have more time to evaluate. Subsription style boxes such as Fashom not only meet this need but they take the guess work out of shopping for myself.
Fashom is a style service where YOU pick the styles that get shipped to you! After your stylist has put together your outfits, you preview and select which ones ship. The clothes are budget friendly without compromising on quality and vendors are ethically sourced from around the world.
The styling fee of $15 is waived for your first box and for future boxes this fee is applied as a credit to your purchase if you decide to keep an item from your order. If you keep 3 or 4 pieces, you will get 25% off and 30% discount if you keep all 5.
Did I mention they also support charities? For every box sold, they donate $1 to Second Chance Rescue NYC.

This easy tee had a fun little neck detail and was super soft. The fabric was so soft and the fit was spot on. It was super easy to style with white shorts and a perfect weight for summer.
Sadly this fabric is typically a no go for me. While it feels nice it often bunches up and clings in not so attactive spots.
One thing I highly recommend is always, always trying on every item in subscription box even if you think you don’t care for it. This top was a big surprise! It really did nothing for me out of the box but I quickly fell in love with the style and print once it was on.
Unfortunately this cutie was just a little too tight across the hips which created a puling and bunching effect so back it goes.
Mixed media tops are super high on my list and this top was a perfect fit. Super soft and just enough detail to be interesting. It looks great with shorts and I’m positive woudl look equally as great with jeans or a skirt for work.
My closet is full of tops like this because I love them! My one in one out rule means I had to love this more than something in my closet and the pattern and colors just weren’t screaming “me”.
Date night, holla! This top is the perfect mix of feminine with a sexy edge. I paired with jeans and heels and would totally wear something like this for a date night. The fabric was lightweight and perfect for summer.
There was one last piece included in my box that was a big ole dud both in style and fit so I’m not showing it off here. If you are dying to see it or any of these items in a full try on session you can head to my stories.
So BIG disclaimer, I didn’t approve my items prior to shipment. The stylist provided the items but I was on vacation and never got around to reviewing so when you don’t fully participate you get what you get.
The end result? I returned the entire box but am definitely going to give Fashom another shot and follow all the rules this time! I loved that several pieces were made in the USA and would also like to see items in a few other categories. The prices were reasonable and had I purchased the entire box all 5 items would have been mine for $139.
