Fall Looks – Loft Try On
It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped Loft but they have been having some really great sales and it seemed like the perfect time to order a few pieces and pull together some fall looks. I found several pieces that are keepers and tought I would pull together a Loft try on to show off how I plan to wear them.
I’ve been wanting to add some gray jeans to my closet and my friend Kellyann loves these kick flares so I decided to give them a shot. They come in both regular and curvy style and are also available in a tall length. Since cropped jeans sometimes make my legs look stocky I decided too try the tall length and they are a much better length for me. I’m still not sure what shoes are best to pair with the kick flare style but I’m trying out several from my closet.
This top caught my eye and ti quickly went to work with me! I love the color, the pattern and the soft ruffle details. It is darling on it’s own but also pairs so well with a blazer.
Next up is this fun top in lovely fall colors. I’m loving the navy and orange together and it works perfectly with the orange cardigan already in my closet. I definitely think this top could be worn most of the year as it is adorable on it’s own and would pair well with traditional denim, dress pants or skirts.
I popped on my favorite Frye boots which are a total splurge but the quality is amazing. Mine are already on year 3 and they still feel and look as great as they did year one. They would make a great Christmas gift! The Frye site does offer $50 off on your first purchase so there’s a little discount. If you like the color but don’t love the price tag, these might be a better option for you.
Lastly is this little floral peplum top. I somehow failed at getting a picture of this one without a jacket on but trust me it’s darling. Peplum is always a little tricky for me depending on how it hits but this one worked and looked so cute layered with this drapey BB Dakota jacket. Side note….I was today years old when I realized that BB Dakota was designed by Steve Madden! Where the heck have I been!
It looks equally as cute under a cardigan! Mine was purchased earlier this fall from Loft but I’ve linked a similar cardigan in this lovely rose color as mine is sold out. My Toms booties are so old but definitely one of my favorite pairs of shoes to toss on. I’ve linked a bootie in a similar color.
