2018 Top 10 Reader Purchases

I love looking back to see what items from my closet my readers loved most and thought it would be fun to share those with you. My most favorite is seeing some of the items I love most for myself are on the list! Knowing I’m not missing the mark on showing you some of my favorite purchases at least helps me feel like my shopping has some purpose!

Swimwear #summerstyle

I shared my opinion about suiting yourself with confident swimwear early in the summer after finding this adorable swimsuit. Not only did I love the pattern of this suit but I was also impressed with the quality and will definitely keep Antonio Melani on my list for swimwear in the future.

Perfect Fall Sweater #sweater #fallstyle

I hope all of you who ordered this sweater feel it is as amazing as I do. While I still love the grey, I ordered this fall in black and have been wearing it so much. It is long enough for leggings but also looks great with jeans. Since it is lightweight it is also perfect for layering and is so super soft. There are still quite a few colors/sizes remaining and it is still on sale for $16! I agree with the suggestion to size down and I’m wearing a small; typically I’m a medium.

Totes Organized #organization #tote #accessories

A new tote almost went from a Nordstrom Anniversary sale find to a flop when I discovered it had no interior pockets. Enter the purse organizer that may have changed my life and evidently is helping some of you stay organized as well. Both the tote and the organizer made the top 10 products! The tote is no longer available in the cognac color but 3 other colors, including black, are marked down under $50.

Leopard Heels #leopard #fallstyle

In September I shared a little wearing lately post and leopard print is always heavy in my rotation. Readers had a big eye on these leopard heels! I still love them as they aren’t too terribly high, have the wider heel and the wooden heel helps me keep from rubbing off the calf hair.

Christmas Wish List

When I shared my Christmas wish list readers seemed to love the cross body bag the most. I’m not a purse girl but was definitely needing a more neutral cross body so Santa delivered but in the grey shade and I’m loving carrying it around.

Gingham Plaid

Ahh….this has me dreaming of sunny spring days! I first showed off this top on our girls weekend as we saw Houston in color. I’ve typically grabbed my gingham from J. Crew Factory but this top far exceeded and is so soft. For obvious reasons it is no longer available but I would guarantee there will be a new model coming in the spring.

Shoes were a big add for me in 2018. Seems the past few years I spend alot of time adding boots and booties and not much time adding shoes. The nude pair seriously has already needed to have the heels retapped I’ve worn them that much since July. Readers, however seemed to be crazy for the leopard print and not only did the heels make the top ten but these loafers did too. Louise et Cie is a brand I found several years back and I love to grab when I can find on sale. They always seem to add some little detail to make a shoe stand out.

Entryway Refresh #mpix #gallerywall

We did lots of updates to our home in 2018 and maybe I will have all completely tied up and ready to share with you in 2019. When I shared this picture of our entryway refresh on a Friday Favorites, readers were pleasantly surprised to find these frames are from Target and not too pricey.

Graphic Tee #fallstyle #pumpkinpatch

It was probably the fact six of us are wearing it, or maybe it was the discount code extended to us by the Etsy shop owner but regardless this tee (or one similar from her shop) was a most purchased item! Shopbash has so many cute things and you can get a jump on Valentines day here.

There you have it! Some of my most loved purchases from 2018 which readers also decided to purchase. If you were someone who purchased one of these top 10 purchased items I’d love to know how you liked it. I’d also love to say thank you so much for choosing to shop affiliate links with The Queen in Between!

I definitely reduced my spending in 2018 by really taking a look at my closet, purging more and only keeping items I loved 100%. This coming year I plan to continue that trend and focus on adding quality over quantity. Cheers to selective shopping in 2019!
