Prime Finds – February
If you asked me I might tell you I haven’t been doing much shopping but if you looked at my Amazon history you would know I’m in denial! So far I’m not sad about these little grabs and all are perfect for gift ideas for Valentines day!
My intentions to recognize others on their birthdays is real but I am almost always behind the curve. Picking the perfect card always seemed time consuming and as many trips as I make to Target, I would inevitable fail to remember who I needed a card for anyway. It occurred to me in early January to skip the witty, sarcastic cards and search for something simple on Amazon. Enter this set of birthday cards and I now have zero excuse not to plan ahead!
At our house waffles are king and I love a good holiday inspired breakfast. I grabbed htis little heart shaped waffle maker and decided it would be so perfect not only for waffles but for little cornbread waffles for a Valentines dinner or cinnamon rolls on Valentines morning. Can’t wait to try it out.
For any of you non Texans out there you may not get this, but Whataburger definitely reigns supreme! Dillon mentioned this Whataburger Yeti and I jumped right on Amazon and found it for his birthday. It would make a great graduation gift for a high schooler heading off to college! Pop in a whataburger gift card for a full theme!
My friend Shannon has a sweet little Etsy shop and when I saw her show off these scripture cards I knew they would make the perfect gift for a few sweet girlfriends. I grabbed these block stands to hold one card at a time to display throughout the year. The cards are a printable download and I quickly sent to a local copy center who print and cut them for me with a quick turnaround. I was so please with how they turned out!
My favorite purchase so far this year has actually been the pre-purchase of On the Bright Side! Melanie Shankle is one of my favorite authors and her new book is available for pre-order. Of course when you pre-order you also receive a few little perks including the first 3 chapters!! I read them in one sitting and let me tell you, in true Melanie fashion, I laughed and shed tears. This would make such a great Valentines gift for a sweet girlfriend.
