Friday Favorites – Wishing For….
Happy Friday Y’all! We have another weekend full of baseball fun and wondering if the weather is going to hold out or if our plans will be modified. Either way I think we will see one of our boys play a game or two.
Here are a few of the things I currently have on my wish list right now!
{ONE}
I love taking pictures! My Nikon D90 started failing on me last week and I was just so darn frustrated. I have definitely put it through the ringer the past 6 years and with shooting sports I have taken literally thousands of pictures so I’m sure it was just it’s time to go. Still frustrating and I really did not have a new camera in the budget. I started doing a little online “wish listing” and have settled on the Nikon D7200 for my next camera…..hopefully sooner instead of later. For now I will have to get by with my D90 until it putters out completely. Isn’t she beautiful? I have always looked for the review by Ken Rockwell before deciding on a camera and this time was no exception.
{TWO}
I’ve determined the one thing I have to add to my wardrobe is shoes! Believe it or not I am NOT a shoe or purse girl….I know gasp right?!! Hence why I’m in a little bit of a wardrobe crisis with only one pair of wedge sandals right now and they are black. I need some neutral wedges stat! I already received one pair I did not like and all of these are way more than I really want to spend hence the wish list!
These cuties are from a local boutique, Tres Chic, owned by my friend Stephanie. They always have the cutest things but I have such a limited schedule for actual shopping. Hoping to get by soon to see her because seriously how cute are these shoes??? I’ve purchased Vaneli shoes in years past and you really do get what you pay for. They are quality shoes that are comfortable to wear.
Nordstrom has a great selection and I just haven’t been able to pull the trigger. I love all of these wedges and wish I could bewitch them into my closet!
{THREE}
A clean car! Oh my goodness if you could see the shape my car is currently in you would be appalled. I would not trade my little Dutch for anything in the world but my interior is black and he is shedding white. Between the dog hair and the kids food items dripped and dropped all over the place it is just disgusting. I try to embrace the mom mobile when I’m driving our Expedition around but I prefer to drive my Maxima and right now it is just a pitiful sight. If anyone has any good tips for minimizing the shedding I would love to hear about it!! I’m hoping to have my car dropped off for a good detail very soon.
