I found this dress at Nordstrom and decided to take a chance and order it. I was pleasantly surprised to find it fit nicely and is actually lined on the bottom. I am 5’7″ and was a little worried it would be too short but the model in the pictures must be much taller than me because it is perfect. Plus how could I resist TCU purple! Here are the two ways I might style it.

I’m heading to Tempe, AZ for a few days and it will be much warmer during the day than what we have had here in Texas this week so maybe I will have the opportunity to wear this dress. I better remember to pack my favorite self tanner to add a little color so I don’t blind anyone with my white legs! Last year I found this one and I loved the color and it was easy to apply and blend while adding instant color.
I’m thinking this year I may add the every day tan version to maintain color.
