Shop ‘Til You Drop Style + Ageless Style Linkup

With the holiday season approaching we will all be headed out shopping. This month as part of the Ageless Style Linkup we are showing you how we would style an outfit to head out shopping.

Heading out during the holiday season can be quite stressful as the number of others doing the same increases.  My first choice is always going to be something super comfortable.  A simple tee shirt makes a great base.

You just never know in Texas what the weather is going to hand you but you can bet if it is warm and humid outside there may be a chill inside. There is always room for a light cardigan and I love this one that adds a little feminine touch with a ruffle.

Cognac Crossbody (splurge or save)
I’m not sure where the cross body bag has been most of my life but I would not go shopping with any other style.  This frees up my hands to shop and relieves my shoulders of unnecessary weight.

Animal Print Shoes
Jeans or leggings would definitely be my go to for a day out shopping but the most important choice is going to be my footwear.  I typically will choose flats for a long day of shopping and it never hurts if they are super cute!  I’m also trying out Nickel & Suede earrings for the first time.  I just could not grasp these earrings but finally ordered this pair and a wine colored pair and I’m in love.  They are so incredibly lightweight you can barely tell you are wearing anything at all.
