Worth the Wait
It was a super exciting shopping week for me when I snagged two items I have been wanting for months marked down!
I love the Ivy Jane brand but rarely splurge at full price. I love browsing the local boutiques such as Tres Chic and keeping an eye out for a great sale. I tried this little top on months ago but just couldn’t pull the trigger.
Well as luck might have it the sale of the year started last week and I hurried right on in and there she was just waiting for me! And at 75% off I was definitely willing to seal the deal.
Last summer I ordered the Dolce Vita over the knee boots similar to these during the anniversary sale and while I love them on every other blogger I just wasn’t feeling them. Of course it was the middle of a Texas summer so maybe that was my issue! Regardless all fall and winter I have pined away wishing I had kept them when they were no longer available.
Flash forward to last week when I found these Steve Madden babies marked down and I knew I had to give them a try. I big fat puffy heart LOVE them!!
I really love having a few pieces in my closet like this top that I know is unique enough I will not run into someone else in town wearing it.
And I mean, it’s a pattern mixing girls dream! Plaid in the front and a simple floral in the back.
I’m still loving that I grabbed this cross body for $35 earlier in the fall.
I mean where was the cross body bag when I was chasing little kids around anyway?!!! I must have missed the boat.
Can you tell I’m feeling like a million bucks?
