Stranded – 3 Things from the Medicine Cabinet

Have you heard about Erika & Shay’s new linkup?  Obviously when they were Disney cruising they decided being stranded might not be so bad as long as you had your bestie along.  The fun part is now we can join them each month and chat about what 3 things we would need to take along!  Below will give you all the details for the monthly prompt.
If I was stranded on a deserted island and could only take 3 things from my medicine cabinet, I’m thinking these would be my picks!
I don’t know about you guys but we always, always have tubes of this around our house.  I carry it in my purse, in my camera bag, in the kids sports backpacks.  It has never let me down when taking care of a pesky infected little bug bite or unexpected cut.  Plus it could definitely be used to take care of chapped lips too.
If you have kids playing sports then you have probably seen sports wrap before but I’m telling you it is much handier than it appears.  This stuff is great for wrapping over an injury, wrapping up an injured ankle, covering a blister but you can also tear you off a piece and tie it around your head to use as a headband.  I saw Jordan do this countless times when she was playing soccer.  It’s just sticky enough to hold your hair back without rolling off.  I use this all the time for my littles with a gauze pad (and neosporin of course) instead of bandaids.  It covers well and no screaming when I have to take it off.
This last one was a toss up as I was leaning towards a pain killer like Alieve at first but you just never know what the heck I might get into.  With Benadryl at least if a headache is your only issue you could take a couple and at the least fall asleep!  I’m thinking all the foreign plants are sure to give me some allergy issues.
So, I’m wondering, what would you take from your medicine cabinet if you were stranded?
Thanks Erika & Shay for a fun little linkup!
