Prime Finds – July

It was a random month of Amazon purchases at our house and I’m sharing the items that made the cut and and linking up with Tanya today or her prime purchases linkup!

I’m really not sure how many of you readers actually know this, but I have a half sister my mom gave up for adoption pre-me! My mom and Allison reunited about 27 years ago and, while we don’t see each other often, she was in town a few weeks back and we had so much fun catching up. She recently did both Ancestry and 23 and Me DNA kits so we were discussing the people she ended up linking with and that had me super curious. After a quick Instatory poll, I ordered the Ancestry kit and I’m now just waiting for my report! I’d love to know if you have done the kit!

The last 6 weeks I have been working my way through Faster Way to Fat Loss and learning about fasting, macros and carb cycling. I’m still working to get the hang of it as it has been a wild 6 weeks, but I am loving the program. These Kirkland protein bars were recommended by my coach and I have to say I really love them. They remind me a little of Quest bars as they are a bit chewy but the flavor is really good,.

Last Christmas everyone at my house received air pods as a gift. These were definitely something I didn’t really think I needed until I had them. Even Keith uses the airpods! My issue was always leaving my pod in a bag or laying around the house and forgetting where. I ordered this little case and it is now permanently on my key ring and it has made my life so much easier! No more spending 30 minutes of prime walking time looking for my air pods.

Shhh….Carly Jo has been wanting this projector for months and has sent it to me no less than 5 times! A few weeks back it was on a lightning deal $30 off and I went ahead and snagged it. She has a birthday coming up and it has been tucked away for a surprise. As the only child left at home, she has been loving having friends over for slumber parties and wanted to be able to watch movies or TV in her room and she has the perfect wall for it.

A projector is also a great idea for kids moving off to college. It is much smaller than a TV and can be easily transported. Riley switched to a projector when he began playing minor league ball and it traveled everywhere with him.

Jordan has been wearing these headwraps and she was so darn cute I just had to grab some. I’m not sure I’m pulling them off quite the same way but they have been fun on the days I’m rocking the “dirty hair don’t care” motto! I love that they already have a little twisty knot on top and aren’t just flat.

Lastly, y’all know I’ve been dying to add some fun toys to my house for my Haisley girl! She is really growing and it was time to grab something fun so this little jumper is now a party of our living room decor. Definitely working to amp up the fun at Honey’s House!

Of course I have also been ordering some books, both digital and in print. I shared the devotionals last Friday and have started those this week. If you are looking for something new to start check out this post.

Hope you all have a great week!
