Gifts for Tween Girls
I don’t know about you but I’m always challenged when it comes to this sweet little group of Tweens. While they are still not quite teens, they are definitely wanting to be and the balance between finding something to satisfy their desire to feel “older” but still be appropriate for them can really be frustrating. I employed little miss to help me with her list of items she would love to see under the tree this year so if you are feeling a little stumped we are sharing a gift guide for tween girls!
Now, truth be told the top item on Carly’s list would be an Apple Watch but I haven’t quite decided how I feel about that at her age plus momma doesn’t even have one! Her second pick would be a trampoline, and y’all, I’m all about a trampoline like 5 years back before I invested in new grass but I’m not really feeling it now. Here are the gifts I was able to get on board with!
New luggage | Carly is a girl ready to see the world and she is also extremely practical. She is ready to ditch the rolling suitcase she currently has for something a little more “teenish” and same goes for an upgraded duffel bag.
Taylor Swift CS | Truth be told she would really love concert tickets but for now the CD will have to do! Side note; I have not listened to this new release yet but will definitely do so before buying it for her.
Best Friend Necklace | That’s right, the girl loves her dog and wants a necklace to show it! This is a little twist on the best friend necklace as she will wear one half and Dutch will wear the other on his collar.
Swell Water Bottle | Carly has definitely been carrying more water around with her which I definitely want to encourage. She thinks one of these bottles would be perfect. Sidenote, 25% off on the Swell site through Monday.
Earbuds | I don’t know where the earbuds go at our house but they wander off in a hurry. Carly Jo picked up these Beats earbuds and they were still on sale at Walmart. Maybe if they have their own case and are pretty and gold she can keep track of them. #fingerscrossed My biggest advice on this one is order the bundle to make sure there is film when she opens this up Christmas morning!
Unicorn Pen | Great gift for any girl crazy about unicorns and works in a stocking too! Carly begs for this every time we go into World Market as she already has the tape dispenser.
Instax Camera | A girl after my own heart! I love capturing memories but it is crazy how I rarely print any of our pictures. When we repainted her room last year, I painted a section with magnetic paint and she is really excited about taking some pictures to add to her wall.
Chi Flat Iron | Yep, she’s really wanting to take ownership of doing her own hair and I’m not going to argue this one. She wanted a cutesy one from Pottery Barn but I definitely wanted to be sure it was a quality product. I found this marble one and think it will definitely make her happy.
Swing Chair | What girl wouldn’t be happy to have this chair hanging around in their room! Heck, I might even love having this chair. Pier 1 has definitely been knocking it out of the park during the weekend sales too and this chair is no exception.
