Extend Your Wardrobe + Ageless Style Linkup
Welcome to the October Ageless Style linkup where 10 women come together to share a little style based on a chosen prompt. This month Nicole gave us the challenge of extending our wardrobe by choosing to wear a piece of clothing in a different way. I can’t wait to see how creative these ladies are!

I’ll admit upon first reading this prompt I was feeling a little stumped. As my fall scarves sat waiting on cooler weather, however, I remembered this fun twist. It is super easy to take one of your favorite scarves and repurpose into a vest to top one of your favorite blouses or a shift dress. I’ve linked a few scarves I think would make beautiful options for a vest.
The weight of a scarf makes the perfect shrug for this time of year in Texas. The colors add a little fall flair but it doesn’t add so much bulk you are too warm. Pair with your favorite booties for the perfect fall combo.
And seriously this dress is THE dress for fall! the weight makes it perfect for warmer days but it will also work perfectly with a cardigan and possibly leggings in he fall.
