2015 Best Memories

· ·
2015 has been an incredible year full of special memories that will last a lifetime.  Today I’m walking back through the year picking my favorites and linking up with Erika, Narci and Andrea for a special 2015 Favorites.
Our year always starts by celebrating this boy!  So many changes for him this year and he looks nothing like this picture after ditching the braces and growing a whopping 8 inches!
February brought girl scout cookies and Carly’s first time selling!
And the beginning of baseball season with the First Pitch Banquet
Baseball also took us to some fun places like Tempe Arizona which led us girls on a little road trip to see the Grand Canyon!
And escaping the cold, dreary weather in Texas to watch some baseball!
Carly Jo shined in her school program!
Keith & I headed off for a 4 day weekend in Marina del Rey
The weather is always perfect on the California coast and we took full advantage!
Of course it was ultimately for baseball!
Our Spring Break once again was all about baseball!
Carly & I squeezed in a trip to the Fort Worth Zoo!
Big brother wasn’t the only one showing off on the diamond!
Back to Fort Worth with the bestie & my boy
Easter is always one of my favorite times for family!
In May I celebrated a mother who is good!
A rare weekend of no baseball and we enjoyed an ordinary “reel” fun day fishing.
Another trip to the Fort Worth Zoo with our cousins and we LOVED seeing the baby lions
Another year, another trip to Omaha to watch the Horned Frogs play in the College World Series!
There is more to Omaha than just baseball and we had a chance to visit  Lauritzen Gardens as well as the Henry Doorly Zoo and so much more!
This was one of those bittersweet moments of 2015.  After some struggles in May, Riley came back strong in June and finished his college career strong on the mound.  Time to move on but so going to miss college baseball days.
This day was probably the biggest of the year for our family.  I know this kid worked so hard for so many years but every member of our family has given something to make this happen and we were all just so humbled and proud at the same time.  Grateful for dreams that come true!
We squeezed in a fun day at Matagorda beach in July
Finally the time they wait for all year long!  T BarM is the highlight of the year for these kids….and parents.
In August I celebrated 14 years with this guy.
We wrapped it up with a weekend in Austin and headed out to Krause Springs for a day.
First day of 8th and 4th grade for these two!  My last year with a child in elementary and I’m so grateful.
One last weekend away to the beach to end our summer!
I caught this beautiful shot of my boy at sunrise doing what he loves most.
In September Carly Jo celebrated double digits with a fun slumber party!
And I hooked up with this babe in Austin while I was at a workshop overnight!
Aggie football is always a fall fave!
And this girl turned 25!  How could that be when I’m only 28 in my mind?!
We visited the pumpkin patch which is always one of my favorites of the year.
I bowled for charity with these hotties at work!
We of course had to try out the very first annual Aggie corn maze with our besties.
We celebrated this cutie turning 22!
I celebrated turning 46 and it was perfect having all my babies home with me!
Another Halloween in the books and my girl made a perfect Dorothy.
I tagged along on the 8th grade field trip in November
Carly sang her heart out at her Veterans Day program.

Dillon finished off the fall baseball season.
Dutch Buddy continues to warm my heart and I really hate leaving him but it helps when I know his big sis is taking care of him!
One last trip to California for work with one of my besties!
My favorite Christmas party is always the first Friday in December!  Love seeing these girls.
December marked this spry young lady’s 70th birthday!
We decked the halls and Santa delivered!  Christmas 2015 was a success.
Our year in review….for sure rarely calm but always bright!   Wishing you all the best in 2016.
